I have loved business and entrepreneurship since I was a young girl! My grandparent's owned several small businesses. Many of my relatives ventured into their own businesses, including my father and brother who have owned a trucking company for over 20 years. I guess you can say it's in the blood.
I remember going to work with my mom, who also did bookkeeping, and I would always want to help her with the "paperwork". I have this "thing" about figuring out "numbers".
I am a life-long learner. I have a very active & creative mind. I always felt like something was missing when I worked for someone else. As with most entrepreneurs, I feel I was born to create my own future.
My mission is to inspire & educate other business owners and their teams on how to set up and use their QuickBooks Online accounting system and be successful with it.
I have over 25 years experience in accounting including: AP/AR, Taxes, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation and Financial Reporting. I have done bi-weekly payroll for over 400 employees. I am a Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor Online, as well as a Certified ProAdvisor in Payroll.
I have experience with both small and large businesses, including 10 years of Operations Management experience. I have experience in multiple industries including: Logistics, Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction, Property Management & Event Centers.
I have my AAS Degree in Business Management & Marketing. I also have my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management with a minor in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
I pride myself on being highly organized & efficient with great attention to detail. I love people, numbers and helping small businesses achieve success. I can't wait to help you too!
